The Wine Dosage for Slimming


Consuming wine can sometimes blamed for causing weight gain.Yet according to one study, consumed in moderation can actually weight loss.

This study reveals that a glass of wine a day can erode weight. Daily Express even reported, wine should be included in the diet.

“Weight gain occurs mainly in heavy drinkers who consuming wine to excess. Consument while the middle class actually able to keep the slenderness of their bodies,” said study Spanish at the University of Navarro.

“The Wine may be more inclined to protect, rather than gain weight,” said team spokesman Navarro University.
